I stopped believing in AI. MIT Sloan School of Management changed that.

There was a period when I lost faith in the promise of AI and human collaboration. Inside large technology companies, I saw the opposite of what is needed: AI treated as a replacement for people, trust breaking down, talent displaced, and innovation stalled. The vision of machines and humans working side by side felt like a myth.

Then I immersed myself in recent coursework at MIT Sloan. The message was clear and powerful, AI and people are not adversaries, they are partners. AI brings speed, scale, and pattern recognition. People bring judgment, creativity, and ethics. Alone, each is incomplete. Together, they achieve resilience, trust, and value that neither can create on their own.

The future of enterprise is already here. The question is not whether AI will reshape organizations, it already has. The real test is whether leaders will design environments where human strengths and machine capabilities are aligned. Those who ignore this reality will fall behind.

How is your organization preparing for this blended future of human and machine collaboration?
